I was told the shuttle was 24/7. When I called for a pick up at 2 a.m. they couldn't pick me up.

The staff in the hotel are kind.
Carpet is dirty. Noise of air conditioner is serious.

If you have not enough money to travel Rockford, this is good place.

Large room, comfortable beds.
Elevator was not working, hallway was not clean.

The room was very nice and clean and large for three little kids and my husband and I. There was a room service tray with old food on it outside our door. That tray was out there the following day also.

Whole building seemed damp.

Adequate stay. Rooms were fine. Pillows were horrible. Probably a little overpriced for hotel.
