The first shift front desk attendant went out of her way to help me.
Couldn't get seated or waited on at restaurant for dinner.

Overall, it was a very nice place to stay. They had a parrot that liked to play catch with you. The breakfast buffet was really good.

Nice rooms, great amenities, friendly people.

Our stay turned out as a nice break. The hotel is newly renovated with nice bedding, lighting, and modern bath. Our room also had refrigerator and microwave that was handy. They have beautifully decorated tropical garden with bamboo arts and live plants. I would come back to this hotel when
I am in the area.

Better than expected - good rooms and lots of activities for evening.

This hotel truly gave me a homely feeling. Great bar and good food, nice indoor recreation center with game room, ball court and swimming pools. They also had sauna that I enjoyed after workout in a decent sized fitness center.

A great hotel that has superior quality and extraordinary service.
May be little expensive.

We had a wonderful stay with good night's sleep and clean and comfortable bathroom amenities. They also have microwave and fridge in our room that was very handy for our little one. The hotel is close to shopping malls and restaurants in the Woodfield Mall and surroundings. Their local shuttle was a money saver for us.

Nice hotel with great amenities, bar, restaurant, gift shop, business center, fitness club, pools, indoor games, basketball, and nice tropical garden!

We had great stay at this hotel, they provided a nice short vacation, when we only expected a normal hotel stay. My wife like the bar and all the amenities in indoor atrium that is beautifully decorated with bamboo and live plants. The restaurant and bar were exceptional in service, so the entire staff at the front desk.

Absolutely great value for your money.

Great surprise for me and my family, over sized rooms with fridge and microwave. Nice atrium with pools and hot tubs, sauna and fitness center, play area and indoor court, fountain and indoor garden. We also like the hospitality of restaurant and bar - truly a great value!

A great horel that is more like nice resort.

Me and my family had a bonus vacation when we stayed at this hotel. Not only it was a comfortable stay but it was very relaxing and enjoyable.

No waiting at check in. Nice chair in room.
No vending machines for snacks and a closed gift shop on a really cold snowy night. Also, parking lot quite slippery and snow covered.
