The service desk was outstanding. Room was spacious . Bed excellent.
Room was right over the entrance door.

This was our first stay at a extended stay hotel. Only thing missing was a fitness area. Excellent location to food and nite spots. Price was right great for this quality.

Easy to get to. Near several restaurants. Good staff.
No continental breakfast with stay, no pool; had to pay for internet.

Located near Wood field Mall in Schaumburg, IL, a 3 story well kept and maintained facility; very few amenities, but they try to help the situation by contracting with a nearby health club for use of gym, pool, and hot tub. Staff is friendly and positive. Rooms are in good shape and well equipped.

Terrible pillows and bedding, very dated.

The hotel was adequate for the short time I spent in the room. Very dated.

Hotel was good location, housekeeping needs to be looked at as there was trash behind night stands, shower bench for handicapped was filthy, coffee pot did not work and dirty bed linens.

TV had few channels.

Extended Stay America is good value with refrigerator, A/C unit, queen bed, and coffee maker. TV needs more channels, such as HBO, Versus, and CNBC.

Convenient at a good price.They could pay more attention to cleanliness.
Very cold outside and heat was slow to get going.They could pay more attention to cleanliness. Bedding looked kinda worn.

It is convenient to alot of local attractions. If alls you need is a place to sleep and dont want to pay for all the amentities this is the place.

Not equal to other extended stay hotels in quality or amenities.
Lights over bed didn't work-and general ambience.

Basic accommodations, other extended stays are nicer, no frills, needs upgrading.

No one to check me out and give receipt.

Still have not received a receipt for my stay. I need this for business expense. Gat a call at 230 am which was wrong number
never slept again.
Will not use this hotel again.
