People really nice and rooms clean and very big.
We like every thing.
We were women shopping everything was great. Wish we could have spent more time in the room. Personnel helped us find our way to other malls. The price was great too.

The room was very nice and seating area felt like home. My husband loved the big screen TV. A friend came by to visit she feel in love with the TV.
The window did not open,
Great location, parking was great and free,room very nice, bed was great for sleeping and watching TV; the location and size of the television was great. The layout of the room was wonderful. Staff was outstanding; housekeeping was that of a 5 star hotel . HATS OFF TO HOUSEKEEPING STAFF!!!!

The sink and mirror were not in the same room with the toilet!
Very limited breakfast selection - no protein items available with breakfast bar.
Very classy decorations. All of the personnel we encountered were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very nice and had plenty of room. We loved that it had the extra plug-ins on the side of the television stand for computers and/or DVD players.

The staff was very friendly and willing to let us switch rooms.
There were not ice machines on every level.
Overall, I was very pleased with the hotel. The staff was friendly, the breakfast was nice, the rooms and hotel were clean and the hotel was affordable.

Very warm, friendly and in good shape.
Tough to find.
Quality of room was great should have cost more. Staff took very good care of us. We wish we could get such nice rooms for the price we paid.
