Free wireless internet, convenient to shopping and restaurants.
Elevators very slow, service in restaurant also slow.

The renovation carried out a couple of years ago really improved the quality and appearance of the public areas and rooms. The property is very attractive and the free wireless Internet is a great added amenity.

Excellent location regarding O'Hare, Northwestern University, eating & shopping.

Easy check-in, room was ready when promised (but not earlier).Check-out took 1 minute. Didn't use but visited gym and pool. They were more than adequate. Menu and prices at hotel restaurant were good, but ate elsewhere. Free parking was appreciated.
