Pet friendly.

Friendly, nice, little unorganized - had to call 2 times for a crib. No cover-up sheet or blanket for the crib that finally got there after 8. (Had our granddaughter) Pop machine and ice on every floor - I think.

The staff were very attentive and friendly.
Parking was difficult on weekends.

I have nothing to say against the staff, who were very friendly and helpful – but I was first given a room that was already occupied. Then, when I got a new room, I discovered the heater didn't work. It was about 60 degrees in my room until the maintenance guy replaced the unit. To his credit, he was extremely apologetic, but I would have had a better impression of the hotel had it been in better repair. read more
