Very appropriately upscale to the city.

Very nice hotel. Visited in winter, so did not experience the pool and only stayed one night. Rooms were clean and staff very friendly and helpful. The lobby bar and restaurant looked very nice, although did not get a chance to visit them. Short overnight stay for me, but I would return if I was staying in Springfield, IL again. Priceline price was excellent for the quality of this hotel. read more

It was pretty nice.
For being about the highest quality hotel in Springfield its getting run down.

We stayed one night. Ate in the restaurant, good food (not great), but the service was not organized. Used the hot tub and sauna in the pool area. It was great we had it all to ourselves.

Room was very dirty. Had not been dusted or vacuumed in at least a week.

This was an awful experience. The room was dirty. Very dusty and the floor had not been vacuumed. Teenagers were screaming and running up
and down the hall from midnight until 4 am. Security did not make them stop. My boyfriend and I didn't get any sleep and we both had to travel far distances the next day to return to our homes.
