This hotel was not located very well. We might as well slept on the floor. The bed was hard as rock!

1st floor looked really nice
Unclean- I was put in a room that REEKED of urine and had to pay more to be moved.
I would never stay at this property again. I made the reservation last minute and was told that my reservation shouldn't have gone through when I arrived which made me worried that I wouldn't be able to get a room.I then was put into a room that smelled of urine... not just a little, but absolutely reeked as though someone peed all over the room. When I went down to the front desk to request to change rooms I had to pay more to be put in a different room even though the room which was a huge inconvienience since I booked this room on priceline. read more

Spacious room, stove, refrigerator made for savings on food.
Very nice extended stay motel. I like the convenience of having a refrigerator and stove, it cuts down the cost of food when traveling.

Upscale, easy inside access
It was hard to find, seems to be on the wrong side of airport
Nice upscale hotel. Staff was excellent, room spotless. Would highly recommend if you don't have kids. I had a rather difficult time finding it, I didn't know the area. There didn't seem to be any restaurants around. I drove down the hill into an old town to find a fast food eating place. I didn't ask but It seemed to be on the back side of the airport. I would have expected more restaurants in the immediate area. read more

Convenient location.
The front desk lady on Thursday wasn't nice; broken coffee pot was left on the maker; flattened pillows; charge Internet access.
Free Internet access has been a basic in many hotels. It's a basic technology a good hotel should be equipped. It's not nice to make money on customers for the access.

Great, friendly staff. Decent room.
No pantry like other similar properties.
Good location for what we needed to stay for. Great front desk staff that really tried to fulfill all requests.

The front lobby was decorated for Christmas.
The night staff had no clue what they were doing.
The hotel looked normal from the outside, with the exception of the fire alarms going off--which the night staff (NOT a night manager, someone who washed towels and watched the desk and was unable to help us with anything room related) turned off despite fire department regulations. The rooms themselves are sparse, the counter and covers were not clean, the bed was possibly made of cement, and for some reason no-one could stay in any room on the first floor. Needless to say we'll be avoiding this one. read more
