Description of Comfort Suites Oakbrook Terrace
Hotel is a true suite property with separate sleeping and living areas divided by French doors. Hotel offers free full breakfast daily. Indoor Pool & Sauna hours 9:00am - 10:00pm. All suites have a microwave, refrigerator, iron and ironing board, coffee maker and 2 27 inch TVs. Must have one adult 21 years or older in each room. Credit Card required at check-in including for cash paying guests and all reservations. Special Request suites are subject to availability. Additional fees may apply. DVD player charge: 20.00, available in 1st floor suites. The lower level including the pool, sauna and fitness center, will be closed on Sunday 12/20/09 from Noon onwards. The area will reopen Monday 12/21/09 as scheduled. Pool closed from Jan.18-29, 2010 for maintenance. read more

The staff and the pillows.
No hot tub/jacuzzi; in pool area and the card keys didn't work well.

The staff, at the hotel, were very friendly and helpful. The pillows provided were the best I've ever used in a hotel and I wish I had some for home. Breakfast was a fun community affair. The selection was small, but the food was good.

Overall temperature in the hotel was hot!

Seems that saving money may be more important than showing guests a great stay.

The rooms were very comfortable and clean.
The pool was cold and the chlorine was very strong smelling.

Overall excellent experience. The rooms were very spacious and excellenet value for the price we paid. The breakfast was very good and the waffles a hit with the kids.

Some road noise but not that bad

King bed, DVD player, refrigerator, HD TV, and a Jacuzzi in the room plus breakfast for a $100. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Friendly staff, easy to work with. Room was clean, great breakfast.
The couch bed was absolutely terrible, springs were poking through into my back!

Other than the couch bed, everything else met my expectations.

great for families, 2 TV's.

We had a great stay here. Plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 children. I loved the suite because there was 2 TVs and a room for the adults and a room for the kids. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was good and there was plenty of food. The staff was pleasant and always helpful. When we left for the day and came back after our room was cleaned the staff had folded my children's personal blankets and put them on the couch and arranged their stuffed animals on top like they were sitting there waiting for us. This small, kind action totally delighted my kids! read more
