It was quiet.
Can still smell smoke in non-smoking room and the screen window was broken when got to room.

This hotel was okay. I wouldn't go back there again. The staff were nice, but the place overall was a little dirty. There were large and small stains on the carpet in the room and even though it's a non-smoking room, it stinks of smoke.

The swimming pool did not work - very disappointing for all of us.

Seemed convenient for our needs for this stay although we were really looking forward to spend time in the pool. However, the pool pump broke and no one could come and fix it on the weekend.

Most of the staff was very friendly and helpful.
Cleanliness/quality of the room.

Clerk was very helpful with directions. Room was disappointing. An empty pop glass left on the nightstand was crawling with ants in the morning. When I took the cup to the manager he said it was because they like the sugar and dismissed my concern. Fan in bathroom did not work. Shower rings had mold on them. Both nights when returning in the evening (9:00/10:00pm) with our children, groups of guests were sitting around on the side entrance I would not stay there again. read more

The furnishings in the room were very nice, like a room I'd have in my own home for a guest.
The clock radio kept me awake, making odd sounds! A fluke kind of thing, but only thing I can come up with that I disliked.

The staff was friendly. The entire building seemed very clean. The room was nicely furnished with quality furniture and bedding. My family enjoyed the indoor pool area and free breakfast. Overall, very nice stay at a great price.

We checked in late and it was no problem with the staff.
The continental breakfast was a bust.

The staff was friendly and understanding. The pool and the hot tub was clean and inviting. The continental breakfast was coffee, orange juice and muffins. The children were very disappointed in this selection.

The front desk staff was helpful and friendly.
The rooms were old and in need of repair and fixing up.

The family suite looked like toddlers were turned loose, there were pen marks on every flat surface and paper item. There were toggle hangers all over the walls, like some one tried to hang pictures everywhere. The towel rack was hanging off the wall, totally unusable. and the refrigerator handle was cracked, making it difficult to open. The overall room seemed old and in need of repair. read more
