The staff was very professional and helpful. The room was very clean.

On more than one occasions staff did not have adequate supplies, i.e., towels, toilet paper, sink plug, dishes. We were on a non smoking floor; however, every night we were calling the front desk because smoke was coming through our bathroom vent so badly that we had to open our window. One hotel associate told us smoking was allowed while another told us it would be unfair to knock on the door and ask them to stop smoking. Additionally, the laundry facilities are inadequate. The laundry table is the size of a small desk and the laundry room is so hot you can not stay long periods of time to wash your clothes. Additionally, the dryers run for 60 minutes and even with small loads you have to dry them a minimum of 3 hours just so they are not damp. There is no lobby and for an extended stay this should be mandatory. If you want to leave your room you have to go outside to the picnic area because there is nowhere to sit and watch television. They lack the interest in satisfying their clients. When they locked me out of my room I called them all night through their own phone at the entrance and through my personal phone, nobody answered or return my call.

They needs repair the ventilation fan for comfortable room.

I could actually breathe in the room because it was not ventilated and the previous people staying there must have cooked a lot.
