Clean, good customer service.
You could hear the people in the next room talking.

This hotel was clean, and everyone was courteous, but about 3 o'clock in the morning the men in the room next to us was very loud. I think the walls are to thin, and you could hear everything they were saying, and they were very loud. Needless to say, no matter how good everything else was, I will probably go somewhere else the next time.
