The property appeared to be new or updated.
The room temperature was over 90 degrees when I entered.
Very nice and quiet location off the freeway. Friendly and polite CSR on duty when I arrived.

A
good price on Priceline.
Too far from everything! Hard to find after dark!
Hidden in the far back corner of a parking lot for a clinic and a considerable drive from good dining make this a so-so situation. Difficult to find at night. Even my GPS took me to the wrong place. No food or drink within a walk or short drive. The
TV in the room was an antique and the signal would fade in an out. NOT up to Courtyard standards!

Clean and relatively new.
Way away from Downtown-swarming with soccer kids.

The hotel waived the pet charge, as my dog was a service dog.
At morning they woke us up at 8am to see if we were still there so they could clean it.
I enjoyed the hotel, very nice room and close to weight room, pool and other amenities - ice machine soda etc. I accidentally left a briefcase with handgun ammunition and it was turned into property manager. Foresee no problem having a family member retrieve it. I am a law Enforcement Officer and had ammunition to qualify with in Ohio on my trip to Virginia.

Attractive room with comfortable bed.
Paper thin walls. Too noisy. Can easily hear the other guests.
The hotel is well maintained, attractive and the staff was friendly; however, the room was noisy. It was too easy to hear the other guests in the other rooms and they were not being loud.

Courtyard view from indoor pool was attractive.
Front entrance is not so welcoming or attractive.
Very attractive rooms, pool area, courtyard and a nice breakfast buffet. Hotel is off the beaten path (for better or worse). Reception at front desk was very friendly and efficient. Enjoyed the free newspapers and fast internet access.

Allowed me to check in early so I could attend an event that started at noon.
Hard to find. Tucked in behind tree line & medical office building.

I liked the black-out curtains in my room.
There were not enough covers on the bed.
I found this to only be a Marriott in name. There was nothing nicer or fancier in this hotel than most I have stayed. Didn't have flat screen TVs. Cable service was spotty. Kept fading in and out. Lots of pillows on bed. Not enough covers. Room seemed clean. Does have a nice indoor pool. Service at check-in was friendly. At check-out they didn't seem too interested to be there.
