The staff was incomparable both ladies were fantastic and ultra helpful.
Location was a little difficult but staff guided me in.

A great hotel rising out of the cold with a warm staff and cozy surrounding with a great atrium and warm rooms. An ample breakfast and a friendly daytime check out lady. It was a wonderful stay.

No vending machines - had to buy soda at the front desk.

Hotel was super clean and well kept. Fresh paint, no peeling wallpaper, etc. Not a speck of dust anywhere. Hotel had WiFi, which was a pleasant surprise. Loved my stay. I slept like a baby in their fresh smelling, huge bed with lots of plump pillows. Massaging shower head gave a delightful start to my day. They even had biscuits & gravy available at the free continental breakfast! Can't say enough good things about this hotel. The only odd thing was the fact they had no soda machines anywhere. You have to go to a mini convenience store at the front desk to get a soda. But, it wasn't so bad - they had lots of other good things there you might need, like dental floss, hairbrushes, etc. I just wanted to be lazy and not walk far from my room to get a pop. read more

Check-in and check-out were fast and efficient. Staff (including breakfast crew) were friendly and helpful.

This hotel does not have an indoor pool.

Pump noise was annoying hard to identify.

Good clean with helpful staff. Convient to the toll road and restaurants.

It was a half way point in our trip and the room was excellent for the price and convenient off the tollway.
The breakfast was a little sparse, but met our needs.

I would recommend it, it was clean and the staff was friendly, we had a late check in so really only slept there

Very clean, exceptionally friendly and approachable staff.

Overnight stay; able to check in 2 hours early. Very comfortable and clean rooms and beds. Continental breakfast very good. Would definitely stay here again if in area. Much better than other hotels of this class in Elkhart that we've stayed in previously.
