I felt the room was very spacious. Very cozy for 4 people. The pool area is nice.
I felt that the pool area should be longer hours.

I would recommend this hotel. It is very clean. Nice big rooms. The bathrooms are big. I felt it was worth the money.

Location and price.
Small dining area did not clean on the second day of our stay. We had to request clean towels.

I would pay the discount rate quickly with this hotel. It is more of a no frills type hotel, but was clean and the employees friendly.

Clean and
good location.
Poorly built & furnished.

This Best Western looked like normal 2 star type hotel, clean and in a low crime looking location. I'm a professional photographer and travel a lot. Any place I crash is usually just fine with me. Anyhow, they were very unfriendly at check-in, the bed and reading chair were horribly uncomfortable ($20 roach motels have better beds) and worst was how thin the walls were. Soundproofing is something I guess I take for granted at any of their direct competition. Both mornings were were awoken from 5 to about 8 from the constant thumping of luggage and people talking as they went down the hallway. The icing on the cake was the horrid attempt at breakfast. I realize bacon, sausage, eggs and what not are going to be basic at a place like this, but come on. The eggs had black layers of burnt stuff through them, the sausage and bacon were dry, black and charred probably providing the burnt material that was scattered throughout the eggs. I'm not a picky person. It says something that I took time to write this. I can't recall any other Best Westerns I've stayed at. I hope, for their sake, this is not the norm. read more

The internet service was good. Room dated, but okay.
The location description was very misleading.

Not a horrible hotel, but not that great. Overpriced for its location next to a very active truck stop more than 10 miles away from the city in which it is described as being located.

Upgraded room to king sized bed.
Only one person on staff and vacuuming a lot instead of being aware of front desk.

Comfortable stay. Convenient room access. Pool closed for repairs.
