Room was warm temperature wise.
Room was dirty and needed renovation. no water pressure in shower. towels rough and small.

The front desk receptionist was helpful, apologetic.
Keys didn't work, burnt out lights, stingy rooms, no hot water.

This hotel was so bad. First, the magnetic car keys didn't work in one room, and took forever to work after we were switched to a different room. In the second room, only one of three lights worked. The room was dingy, dark. So we had to switch rooms again. And then, in the third room, there was no hot water. That was the final straw. I went to a different hotel. The woman working at the front desk was helpful, apologetic, but the quality of the hotel itself was ridiculously poor. read more

Price.
Needs many updates.

Not sure if they were in the process of a remodel, but the ceiling was 2 different colors (white & tan). Also the heater was very noisy every time it kicked on. It seemed to get quieter after it ran for a little bit. There was an ice storm while we were there & that may explain the poor reception on the TV.
