The room was great and the front desk was excellent.
T.V. cable channels were very limited.

We have stayed in the Fort Wayne Hilton many times and it has never disappointed. The rooms are in very good shape, it is quiet, and the staff is excellent. We will continue to book it.

The hotel's decor was inviting and plenty of public spaces to relax.
Service in most areas was significantly below what we have come to expect from Hilton properties.

The parking and check-in was a breeze. We requested a king room at the front desk, and it was granted without problem. After check in we decided to dine at the hotel restaurant. Surprisingly, we were the only guest dinning that Friday night. Initially the service was prompt and polite. We started with a bottle of wine, salad, and soup. After that the server vanished until the entree. Not once did the server refill the water glasses or offer another bottle of wine. Even after the entree was served, we were never asked how the fillets were. During the dinner another couple waited for over 10 minutes to be seated and served a drink at the bar. I was truly shocked at the lack of customer service. The total meal was around $92.00. So chalking the meal to poor management and training we decided to retire to the room. At 8:30am the next morning the housekeeping staff started knocking at the door, even though we had the do not disturb sign posted. At 9:00am they were knocking again. This time I told her we were still in the room and enjoying the morning. At 9:30 she was back again. I abruptly ask here not to come back until after checkout. We called the front desk to report the issue. They seemed unconcerned. Many areas of this hotel seem to be lacking appropriate customer service training, which points to a severe management problem. Hotel was clean, staff friendly, beds are comfortable.
Shower area small in room.

Good location, walking distance to downtown area attractions and restaurants. De Brand chocolates in the lobby! Only downfall was the location of the room. Third floor above atrium, music from the bar could be heard in room. Request high room numbers.

Beautiful, clean and very affordable.
Restaurant on site was expensive and not a very big menu.

The staff is very friendly and the rooms are very clean and so nicely decorated, all have big flat screen televisions and the beds have big soft comforters, the pool is awesome and the whole place makes you feel like you are staying at very upscale establishment.

Rooms weren't that nice,
TV reception was poor.

Hotel staff was friendly. Rooms are just OK, T.V. reception was very poor. Restaurant is elegant but limited in menu. Room service hours are too early, should be 24 hours.
