Description of Best Western Airport Suites
An all-studio suite hotel, the Best Western Airport Suites is conveniently located just ten miles southwest of the Indianapolis International Airport. Each of our suites offers a mini-refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker, hairdryer, iron and ironing board and a wet bar. In addition, all suites have two 25-inch televisions and a double-size sofa sleeper bed and free high speed Internet access. To start off the day, a complimentary hot breakfast buffet is served in our spacious breakfast room Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. We are centrally located to many area attractions including the Indianapolis Motor Speedway (three miles), downtown Indianapolis, the convention center, RCA Dome and Conseco Fieldhouse (seven miles). For family activities the Indianapolis Children's Museum is 11 miles from the property and the Indianapolis Zoo is six miles away. Our courteous and efficient staff is eager to serve you. Nice size rooms with a sleeper sofa.
We needed more towels and the front desk told us they didn't have any.

As we were checking into the hotel, a firetruck with lights and sirens pulled into the lot. Someone smoked in a room and set off the fire alarm. We were there with high school wrestlers, needed more towels and the front desk told us there cleaning staff in and didn't have any clean towels.

The hotel was conveniently located. The staff used professionalism. The room was clean. Near the airport, but the airport noise was minimal.

Room layout was awesome!

Very clean, staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast had great variety and the common room had a computer which the guests are allowed to use. This hotel is one of the best we have ever stayed in Indiana - Highly recommend it and will stay it again.
