Close to the Verizon Wireless Amphitheater and cheap.
Acknowledgeable staff, horrible free breakfast, dirty bathroom.

The hotel was not able to make keys (the plastic cards) when we arrived so the front desk clerk took us to our room. She did not know how to use the elevator or where the room was. When we did receive our key when we returned, we were told we would be charged $50 if we did not return it. Quite a surprise. The free hot breakfast was disgusting looking sausage and gravy. McDonald's egg mcmuffin was better than anything here. read more

The outer security door lock was a little touchy.

A nice hotel. Very reasonable. Staff was very helpful. A good solid experience.

Dirty carpet, old blankets, lumpy bed, small basin area.

The set up of the room was horrible, especially since this was supposed to be a handicapped room. There was a very small basin and mirror across the entry from the bathroom (which was clean). Lighting was bad. The carpeting had sticky stuff on it by the bedside and had obviously not been noticed or cleaned in a long time. The bed linens were very worn. Room did not have the heat running when we came in and it was uncomfortably cold. We will not stay at this hotel again. read more

It was very quiet and cozy, nice complimentary breakfast.
Would have liked some fruit for breakfast, only one computer for guests with a kid on it, perhaps a time limit on the time one can be on.

Overall I was pleased with the hotel and would stay again. The staff was friendly, the breakfast offered choices and the room was comfortable.

Hotel staff unaccommodating.

Loud party past midnight four doors down. Hotel not full so uncertain of placement of other guests. Staff did not control noise after several complaints. Unrestful stay.

The coffee pot worked and the people were helpful.
Would like more choice for breakfast.

For the purpose that I needed for my stay, I was very happy with the hotel. This is good hotel for a business trip also.

It was conviently located for my purposes.
The rooms need to be updated and cleaned a bit more carefully.

The hotel was very easy to find and was located near restaurants, a movie theater and a mall. The hotel lobby was under some type of construction when we were there. The room was a bit damp smelling and could stand to be updated. The bathroom also could use some improvement. The breakfast was nice. Staff was friendly.

I liked having a microwave and a small refrigerator.
Our room phone rang twice late Saturday night, the front desk quickly responded.

I thought this room completely satisfied our needs as a family. I would stay at this hotel again when my husband and I decide to travel again. It was centrally located to the events that we had planned and was easily accessible to the highway.

Our bathroom door lock was on the outside not inside.

The security door was broke-computer did not work-the night staff lady was alittle testy-the lock on our bathroom door could be locked from the outside not the inside so little kids could lock you in the bathroom.
