Hotel staff was very friendly and the hotel was very clean and spacious we would definitely stay there again.

We traveled with four young kids and we were given a poolside room. The room was spacious and clean. Hotel staff were very attentive. Pool was great. Hotel was close to attractions we visited and hotel staff had gotten us directions to anywhere we needed.

Run down and dirty.

This is the most unsanitary hotel I have been in, the bathtub was dirty with hair all over the place, the sheets on bed, hell I don't think they were washed or changed recently.

All I can say good about this hotel is the staff was friendly. The hotel its self was HORRIBLE. I seriously considered stay in my car for the night. I wouldn't let my dog sleep there. Luckily, I had a blanket in my car and was able to lay that down on the bed to sleep. Although, I didn't see any roaches, bugs, etc. I wouldn't be surpised if they were surrounding the place. Worst hotel I have ever stayed at...I would rate it 1/2 star if that. read more

The bathroom was very user friendly, space to set products.
Light could be seen under the door.

This motel was in my estimation a 1 star. I could see daylight under my room door. The bed sheets and pillow cases were stained but did smell clean. The bedspread was
not clean and who knows what type of particles were on that. Two lights in the room did not work. On the up side, the bathroom actually had a shelf for the hotels free products which left a great amount of room for my makeup and hair products to sit on the counter. The shower power was great and the shower also had shelves and rods to put your items, although the shower looked like it needed some cleaning. read more

Looked great.
Small intake to the hotel would make it look great.

The hotel stay was great, and room looked nice as well as the lake view. The only things I would recommend is that they fix small up take such as the bathroom sink face board, sink was falling apart, and the bathroom tub need re chalked or replaced. But the room was great other then that. The service was great, and it felt very spacious.

I loved the atrium area, how the pool was, kids loved it.
Don't go in doorways outside that lead to your room if there's geese there got charged by them.

Would definitely try to stay here again next time we go to Indianapolis.

Hotel shows great deal of lack of maintenance.

Hotel needs to be remodeled or better maintenance, but other than that it was nice. also needs WiFi computer.

We found that the hotel rooms carpet was not recently cleaned, the shower drained slowly, the shower floor was dirty and
the whirlpool was hot but the jets did not work at all. No resturaunt.
