Continental breakfast not open long enough in the morning, the flat screen TV had a surprisingly poor picture
Overall, the hotel was quite nice and we were pleased with our room (especially the in-room whirlpool, which was very lovely after a long day walking around GenCon!). We were thrilled to learn that the hotel was offering two-way shuttles to the convention center. We also appreciated that the room was very quiet -- we were never bothered by noise from either our neighbors or the hallway. read more

The bed was very comfortable, pool and game room for the kids was nice.
Desk clerk didn't really acknowledge us as guest, put us in the wrong room, then when we get out room there was no phone or remote for TV. Mold in bath.
I guess it was alright, need to do some serious remolding. The bathroom above the bath tub on the ceiling had very bad mold, which in my opinion the room should not have been rented out because of that reason alone. We had no telephone in the room nor did we have a remote for the TV. When we went to the desk they just brushed us off and never did bring us a remote. Really am not one to complain but unless your there for a brief overnight stay, I would not recommend this hotel. read more

The room was nice and the breakfast was good.
The pool was freezing so we didn't get to enjoy it much.
Overall the hotel was nice! We all enjoyed the whirlpool in the room. The pool water was cold so we couldn't enjoy it much. Our 4 year old was really looking forward to swimming all evening. The staff were all very friendly and helpful! The breakfast was good and hot.

The pool and hot tub were beautifully laid out.
The workout facility was hot.
Our room was very pleasant. The staff was very friendly. The continental breakfast was very good with a good variety of food.

This hotel is only 5 minutes from downtown.
Air condition does not work well and pool makes lobby and eating area extremely humid.
If you are in a pinch this hotel is satisfactory. However, it is not in as good of shape as it was 5 years ago when I stayed there before. Hotel is extremely humid due to pool that is right off the dining room.

There was a whole in the room closet. No fridge, no microwave, no iron/or board, as if messy and unclean hotel. Panels off the wall. Would never advice this hotel or the area to stay. The room was awful! Smelly, unclean, walls with holes, no fridge, no microwave. We will let our associates know of the bad accommodations.

Nice common areas. Room looked pleasant and had a large whirlpool tub.
The heating/air conditioning unit buzzed and rattled and kept waking me up all night.
The hotel was pleasant and cleans enough. The room was spacious and had a two person whirlpool tub. However, what I really needed most was a good night's sleep before my business meetings the next day. I got very little sleep because the air conditioning unit was so old that each time it came on it buzzed and rattled. It was extremely loud-enough to wake me up and keep me awake until it went off again. I called the front desk but their response was that the maintenance person would not be in until 7:00 am. They also mentioned they had similar complaints about other rooms. There was a notice in the room that they had a 100% guarantee and if they could not fix a problem in a timely manner the room would be free. I did not feel like arguing with them about it, so I let it go, but they certainly did not stand by their guarantee. I will not stay there again. read more
