A great breakfast buffet, comfortable beds and downtown.
As always, the Embassy suites was a great hotel to stay at. The location was wonderful. The room was comfortable and very lovely. The free breakfast was great! The staff was friendly. A great experience!

The hotel staff was very friendly and always called us by name.
The elevators were loud and sounded as if they needed serviced.
It was hard to enjoy my room when it was so hot. We ended up going to the front desk to get a fan and they also advised us to open our window. It was horribly hot.

Big room, 2 cocktail reception & free breakfast.
Very crowded at breakfast - long lines.
This is a great hotel and in an awesome location in downtown Indy. Can use sky walk to go to mall! Love the 2hr cocktail reception. Rooms are large & very nice if traveling with kids.

Downtown, close to a mall, close to attraction we visited.
Garage fees were steep, though only a one-time fee.
The overall experience was excellent, but the parking garage elevator was out of order. Room was very nice.

I like the set up of the rooms as well as the microwave, refrigerator, and two televisions.
I absolutely did not like having to pay extra for parking.
Everything about the room was wonderful. The ice machine did not work on either floor I tried. I've used Priceline several times before and have had excellent results with hotels/prices. I use it because I travel on a strict budget and this particular time I was did not ever expect to pay $20 per day for parking nor was I told about it until I got to the hotel. The first night I paid the fee and getting from the parking garage was a chore because the elevators did not work so I had to walk several down (6) flights of stairs just to get to the entrance of the hotel, the second night I drove around the city for an hour and a half looking for parking and ended up parking a quarter mile away from hotel. The third night I got a parking citation from the city. read more
