Having a refrigerator was very nice.
Scraps of paper on the floor and how it was a smoking room.
I would have been more appreciative of this hotel if they had asked me upon check-in if I wanted a smoking or non-smoking room. I am a lifelong non-smoker but was put into a smoking room. There were scraps of paper from a previous occupant on the floor in 3 places so the last cleaning didn't do s great job. When the sink's cold handle was turned on, the hot handle leaked on the counter. read more

Location and comfort.
Rude maid staff.
The hotel isn't much to write home about. A typical extended stay. It was great for the short weekend trip to Indy and I could not complain about what I was getting for the price. The only downside was the maid pounding on the door every 15 minutes on checkout day. I think she was bored, but the least she could do was give us until check-out time. As I'm in Indy 2 or 3 times a year, I would stay here again. read more

I liked the suite with refrigerator and such.
The air/heat didn't work very well.
It was nice for all we needed on our trip. Room was fine, front desk workers were nice and friendly. I recommend anyone staying there.

Mold where the tub & wall part came together. Very noisy.
The room was very crowed and there was no place to set the luggage except on the bed or where you had to set.

Poor customer service.
Front desk closed from 11p-7a. was not able to check out at time we wanted to. Delayed our travel time returning home. No daily housekeeping of room, only after seven days stay. Had to go to the front desk daily for towels or pay extra for the room to be cleaned and them left there.

Very close to restaurants and nice atmosphere.
Coffee machine in lobby broken.
This hotel was very comfortable and clean and close to lots of restaurants and easy to find. I would stay here again!
