Friendly, and the breakfast was great.

I thought the staff was very helpful. They were very eager to make the situation correct. Everything was clean and the breakfast was great. All the staff I talked to was very pleasant.

I reserved this room at the last minute from Priceline. The room was very poor in quality and cleanliness. I would describe this room as a 'Trucker' room give the sparce nature and infest of roaches. It was a $40 a night hotel versus $100 to which I paid. My business paid for this room for our associate. I am very upset with what has been provided. Our guest Erin McKowan expressed her desire to have the credit account reimbused wtih the said problems. Attractive location, surprisingly quiet.

Toilet in our room was clogged up. Does Housekeeping not test when cleaning?I had to advise staff that coffee was empty at breakfast and creamer had gone bad.

The shower was excellent.
Cleanliness, bathroom facilities.

The hotel had a nice, pleasant atmosphere, and my room was nice, but the toilet wasn't cleaned when I got to my room and the top covers had stains on them. When I brought it to there attention, the front desk wasn't friendly nor unfriendly but maintenance took care of it right away and I appreciated that. The hot tub obviously had not been cleaned in a while but the pool was just fine. The continental breakfast was good, but I would have liked to seem more fruit and cleanliness of the tables and surroundings. read more

Conveniently located to our early morning appointment, staff accommodated my request to be near an exit, partner is handicapped.

The room was nice, pillows were nice and plump, which I really appreciated and there was 6 provided for the 2 beds. It was clean and you couldn't really hear the other guests once in your room.

Hair in the bathtub.

The breakfast included biscuits and gravy and waffles. Much more than just donuts. The room was extremely comfortable and had a microwave and refrigerator. I did not use the shower due to several hairs in and on the tub. Aside from that I was able to get a good nights rest before a long day of meetings.
