The bed was a little uncomfortable compared to mine at home.

Clean, comfortable, and all needs were available after a long and very tiring day! Didn't need to worry abut anything at all. Fantastic experience.
Gee I can't think of any thing except they didn't serve bacon for breakfast.

Staff was efficient, courteous, and fore saw to everyones need. Rooms clean and comfortable with enough pillows! (Pillow shortage has all to often been a problem.) I would recommend this hotel line to anyone!

Very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Beds were amazingly comfortable. Pool was indoors which was a big plus. The work out room had a treadmill, elliptical, and a bike and that was it; but it satisfied my work out needs.

Area surrounding the pool was not big enough.

The hotel was clean. The morning breakfast was filled with people but they kept up with the crowd.

The staff was wonderful and the hotel was very clean.
We found nothing that we did not like about the hotel.

The hotel was both very clean and the staff was very helpful. We will for sure be using this hotel again. A family member of ours moved to Jasper and we will continue to use this hotel with each visit we make.
