The comfort of the bed.
The shower faucet was noisy.

We had an excellent experience. The hotel was very clean and the staff friendly. The bed was amazingly comfortable. The only negative we had was a noisy shower faucet.

Very comfortable and clean, nice staff and very accommodating.
Smoking from the floor above isn't entirely effective for smoke free rooms below.

This is by far the NICEST place to stay in Kokomo. We enjoyed ourselves and the staff was pleasant. We were traveling with an infant and young child and there were accommodations for both. We would recommend anyone traveling to Kokomo to stay here!

I loved everything about the hotel.

This hotel was absolutely beautiful and so clean. This more than exceeded what I expected since it was only rated as a 2 star. The free breakfast was definitely an added bonus. Thanks, once again.

Unusual setting, but convenient to main shopping, travel, etc. nice room but nothing extraordinary to be called a suite.

Friendly, helpful staff. Well stocked hot breakfast.

This hotel was clean and well kept. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The hot breakfast had a nice variety and was well stocked and maintained. Access from the street was easy and parking was plentiful and well lit.
