Newness of the hotel.
Staff was not very attentive.

Rooms were great very clean and new lobby was very modern. Staff was lacking in ambition. I had to wait over 5 minutes for someone to come to the desk to check in.

The bed and shower were both a cut above.
The distance of our room from entrance and elevators.

This was one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in. The room,the bed, the shower and TV were a cut above. The location near shopping and restaurants was great. The staff was pleasant. A spa or Jacuzzi in the pool area would have been nice but the lack of did not interfere with our enjoyable stay.

Hotel was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The bed and shower were wonderful. Will definitely stay again.

The king room was fantastic, loved the couch and TV.
Sink didn't drain, closet door was jammed, and they fixed both.

This is a beautiful facility with helpful and friendly staff. The morning breakfast was good, the work out facilities were great. The bed and pillows were heavenly! Can't wait to go back.

I enjoyed the excellent bed and large flat screen TV.
Elevators did not work on day I stayed at hotel.

Excellent hotel, new and well set up for the business traveler.

Large room with large couch and large wide screen TV. Comfortable bed, very clean bathroom, bigger than normal deluxe shower. Just a great hotel, I will be back.
