Good value for a two star hotel - everything you could hope for in a two star hotel.

Very nice beds, breakfast.

I went to visit my daughter at Ball State. The hotel is conveniently located. The room was very nicely appointed and the breakfast provided a nice selection. I will stay there again on my next visit.

Cleanliness of my room.
The quality of breakfast reflected very poorly on you.

Next trip I will go back to the Holiday Inn Express next door because of the breakfast AND the "business center" which provides web access, printer, fax and copying. I had to go to the University library to retrieve my e-mail during my five-night stay at Fairfield.
