The staff were awesome, excellent!
Nothing not to like.

The staff were wonderful, we had a death in the family and several family members stayed here, the staff went out of their way to make our stay wonderful. please thank all the staff at Holiday Express for us.

Room was clean and well kempt. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Too many families with children and smoking rooms right down the hall from our non-smoking room.

The hotel was very nice but there were kids everywhere. There was a family above us who let their kids continue jumping from the beds to the floor. We complained several times to the front desk who called the family several times. The hotel had to drain the hot tub because of an accident the night before from some children who were using it, and it never warmed back up while we were there. read more

Very convenient to Ball State University.
Breakfast buffet could have been better.

Rooms are of good size & very clean. It appears hotel is recently updated bedding - very nice.

It was clean
and comfortable, felt safe.
My room had a plunger in the bathroom when we arrive. The next morning the toilet starts to overflow and I then quest had to use the plunger.
