Location.
This is a older hotel than most Holiday Inn properties.
The hotel location is good for business traveler.

Nicely working wireless internet.
My preference was non smoking but got a smoking room, was not able to change because of no rooms available (full).
Overall a bit shabby and out of date. There were some nice touches, but it needs some upgrades. I would not stay there again. Free breakfast buffet was not so good, and the breakfast staff was helpful, but very loud for my tastes.

Front desk staff very helpful and friendly.
I needed a late check in and my room was held for me.
Lady at the front desk was helpful and engaging. I ask her for directions to the place I was going the next day. She had an emergency to handle right then but said she'd print the directions and I'd have them in the morning. The directions were there as promised.

The staff was very attentive and friendly. The continental breakfast ambiance better than other stays.
The bed was terribly worn and uncomfortable.
We checked in late and the front desk staff was very warm and welcoming. It was typical nice Holiday Inn throughout the hotel. However, when we got to our room the heat was not on and the room was frigid and did not warm up most of the night. We had a room with two double beds and one bed was terrible worn with visible springs. The other bed was better but still hard. We were given a coupon to have breakfast in the on-site restaurant. The food fare was fine but we were surprised that the service was so attentive. It was better than most free breakfasts offered by hotels/motels. We were given fresh orange juice upon being seated at a table with linen tablecloth and cloth napkins. It was fun! read more

Restaurant/bar staff.
Room was outdated, looked over dirty roof and air conditioner, exercise room equipment broken.
Needs to be updated, repairs to work-out equipment needed. Restaurant needs separation from smoky bar and smoking area of dining area. Walls are thin and any noise from room next door can be disruptive to sleep.

Staff tried very hard.
Thin walls so we were disturbed by loud talking next door.
Clean, new, relatively economical. The free breakfast was good and I would recommend it as a good safe.

Their quality control was excellent.
Night clerk not too friendly,
but never the less, helpful.
I was very impressed with the over all attractiveness of the hotel, the staff's attention to detail, its "newness" and cleanliness, and the full-service and delicious complementary breakfast with not one, but two waitresses.
