Staff was friendly.
Dirty, cheap looking and feeling, and did not feel safe.

Nice price. While the room was relatively clean the whole place was rather dirty feeling. I'm glad
I only had to stay one night. I didn't really appreciate the Pounding on the door the next morning to ask if
I was staying another night.

The first staff person we talked to was nice and the location was good for us.
It was dirty, other staff was rude, had to change rooms, hot breakfast was cold, slipped on water in the bathroom first thing, key did not work several times.

I have booked with you upward of 30 times and have always been pleased with my stay. If I were trying to keep a good marketing balance with my customers I would take Days Inn and Suites off of your list. The first room we entered I feel down after slipping in water because the ceiling was leaking on the floor. Everything in the room was old and warn you could tell that it is used for younger people just there to party as it smelled of liquor when we walked in. The front desk person changed our room but it was a non smoking room that he allowed us to smoke in (feel sorry for the next set of people who stay there and don't smoke). read more

Location is the only thing good to say about this hotel.
Everything else except location.

The hotel was a dirty, nasty, & disgusting dump. This is a national chain that was a middle of the road price. When voiced multiple concerns to the staff they were nice but like -
oh well. Will never stay there again. Wish I never stayed there in the first place. Just plain awful everything & anything you can think of.
