The bedding was fabulous. The breakfast was tasty.
Ice machine on 2nd floor broken. The fire door
at elevator kept closing.

I will stay again. The bedding was great. The shower linens were great. I was really comfortable.

The entire hotel, from lobby to room, smelled like mold and mildew.

Horrible night, The place was rancid. The mildew in the air in the room was horrible. You could get it when you got in the lobby like the place had been flooded. At 1 am I was tired so I stayed.

The overall feel, environment was inviting staff was great.

Tucked behind the Hacienda restaurant this Holiday Inn Express, is comfortable, clean and the rooms are very relaxing. Our stay was extremely pleasant.

Extremely helpful, courteous and night staff person.

Hotel was clean, nice beds, nice rooms, clean, comfortable and roomy. Did not use the pool. Would stay again. Have recommended to others. Have a nice breakfast and good coffee.

Very friendly staff. Gave me a great room for a bid on room. Very comfortable beds. Very clean.
Not very good shampoos.

Overall experience was great. Would recommend this hotel to everyone. Very comfortable beds and clean rooms. Pool was small but clean. A good experience on a half price room.

This is a clean and comfortable hotel with friendly staff. The lobby is too small for the hotel but is workable when the hotel isn't fully booked.

Very very noisy in the a.m. Because of doors slam shut! Lost 2 hours of sleep both mornings!

Great value. Easy access with restaurants at a walking distance. All staff was friendly. Son said that this was the friendliest place that he has ever been to. Only had Fox news on in breakfast area. Political hacks are in welcome while eating.

The room was larger than expected.
There were too many kids running the halls at night.

We were surprised to have a room with sofa bed and mini kitchen area. The hotel only had a 2 star rating but we would have given it a 3 star.
