Needs updated.
This hotel was terrible! It needs to be updated and cleaned. The pool had a black ring around it and it was nasty. The color on the walls in the hallways was terrible and nothing about the hotel seemed warm, inviting or relaxing.

Location.
Dirty, needs an update.
This hotel is a dump. Door to my room would not latch properly. Mold in the shower and on the shower curtain. AC /Heater was disgusting and dirty. If you have other options in Davenport, take them.

Easy to get to.
Mold and mildew in rooms and hallways. Switched rooms due to conditions in first, second still had mold in bathroom.
Stay away! We asked to be moved from our first room due to the shower curtain being literally more than half covered in black mold/mildew. The clerk at the desk put the phone down for 5 minutes when I asked to talk to the manager, then hung up. I called back and he put the phone down again. I could hear him tell the manager that I wanted to talk to him and the manager took care of two customers before coming to the phone. He switched our room, but the second room had mildew/mold in the tub as well. As we were leaving, we noticed hallway ceiling tiles missing and others showing mold. This place is in very bad shape and potentially a health hazard. read more

The beds were pretty comfortable.
Air conditioning and towel bar broken; flies all over the breakfast food; hardly any breakfast food available.
If you are just staying overnight. This hotel is fine. If you are taking children along, the pool is small. The Jacuzzi and sauna no longer exist. Air conditioning in one of our rooms wasn't working, nor was the refrigerator. The breakfast promised in the ad did not happen. There was hardly any food and there were flies all over the place! Would not stay there again.

Front desk was agent was friendly and helpful.
Location was not convenient to restaurants and shopping.
This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. The carpet in the room was stained and the bathtub was dirty. The location was not convenient to shopping or restaurants and pool is very small. On the bright side, the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. When we asked for an iron/ironing board to be brought to the room, it was delivered within minutes.

It was easy to find.
This hotel is not very well managed.
Keys did not work in exit doors. Room smelled disgusting. Outer bedding was soiled. Carpet was sticky. Shower curtain was not properly installed. Hallway needed painting and was dirty. Was not pleased with my stay at this hotel at all.

Convenient location and had good continental breakfast.
In disrepair, dirty with stains in carpets, worn with holes, Not painted in 25 yrs.(Inside).
Came to motel late at night, lobby looked ok, friendly staff. After getting room checked in and found room smelled like smoke. I had non smoking room and pets must have been allowed. Stains on floors and in hallway floor and walls. Holes in walls. Bathroom was clean with clean towels but had to get another room because of smells. Next room was a little better but if it hadn’t been so late I would have got another motel. I would compare this to a average 3rd world motel. read more
