Very nice hotel. Lobby with the two staircases looks very high end. Room was very nice and King bed was extremely comfortable. Public Access to Wi-Fi internet was also very good. Excellent breakfast in the morning if you enjoy biscuits and gravy along with the traditional continental breakfast fare. The one downfall is that there is no elevator to get to the second floor.

Soundproof rooms, clean.
Very cold water in pool.
Close to interstate roads. Clean and quite motel. Indoor pool and sauna with a separate exercise room with equipment. Excellent breakfast of eggs, meats, biscuits and gravy, cereals, muffins, toast, juices, milk and coffee. Pleasant eating area with TV.

Confidence.
The toilet plugged up and when informed, there was no action taken leaving us to use the lobby facility.
With the weather being cold and the swimming pool was in a separate building from the one we were in, it was chilly for the kids. The rooms cards were difficult to use and didn't always work, you would have to try both cards to gain entry. Over all, I would not stay at this hotel again.

The owner went the extra step to provide an emergency tailoring need.
Great staff, warm and friendly. Sincerely concerned about the quality of the guest's stay. They responded to every inquiry and request with a smile and accurate information. I will use this hotel the next time I'm in Des Moines.

I liked how nice the bed was. It was like sleeping on a big pillow and I woke up refreshed.
There was not anything I didn't like. It was a great experience.
The hotel was a great place to stay. Nice and quiet and a chance to just relax. The staff was friendly and helped answer any questions that I had.

I felt it was clean and convenient to stay, The staff was friendly and efficient. We would stay in this hotel again.
The only problem that we ran into was at breakfast they ran out of food a couple times. There was also some remodeling and repairs going on.
This was a great place to stay for one night. I was clean and appealing. Overall the staff was friendly and helpful. There were a couple problems, our exhaust fan did not work in the bathroom (which we did not report) and the staff had some difficulties keeping food stocked at breakfast ( which is expected when half the guests arrived at one time).
