We checked in (the desk clerks were very pleasant). We were given our room key and upon getting to our room, we discovered it had not been cleaned yet. The maids were in the hallway and said they would get to our room shortly. We returned to the front desk and asked for a different room and were given one. The chair in the room was very stained and dirty. Later when we returned to the hotel to relax for the evening, we called for two extra pillows and were told by the front desk that they were out of extra pillows! This was at 9:30 in the evening! Other than the location of this hotel being convenient for my needs, I would never stay in this hotel again or recommend it to anyone. read more

Clean, comfortable rooms. Friendly and accommodating staff. Great breakfast. Convenient to most locations. Will definitely return on my next trip to Iowa.

Though we expected to have 2 queen size beds, we were told others had upgraded their rooms. They did provide us with a roll away but the price of the room remained the same. As a positive note, they did not charge us for the roll away.
