Family Traveling with Young Children

It has a play area with stuff for younger and older kids.
It was a little noisy when we first went to bed but we were near the play area. It was not too bad.
This hotel was nice. The beds were comfortable. The room worked well for us with our two kids, one of whom was in a pack-n-play. There are many amenities. It is well located in the town near many things.

It had electricity and water.
Room was filthy, bathroom was falling apart.
This hotel should be torn down. I will never stay in a Holiday Inn again. They are living on their name.

Room was clean - Free High Speed Internet.
Room service didn't deliver my breakfast and forgot to grab the menu card from the door to order it.
The hotel was very nice and roomy inside. A great place to stay in Winter - plenty of room for the kids to run around and not go stir crazy. Food prices for room service and the restaurant were great and the food was very good. I was there traveling on business and the room was very nice inside and looked to be recently remodeled.

Very friendly staff
Initally was in smoking room
The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was clean and the hot tub was hot. The business center could have had faster internet, but worked. They had a bar and resturant in the hotel. We visited the bar and the staff was excellent there as well.

Location, attractive pool area, exercise area.
Room cold, we shut off air fan but no heat to warm it up.
Over all experience was good. Personnel responded quickly when called. Desk did NOT warn us at check-in that restaurant would not be available for breakfast after 10AM. Had to leave property; although heard from others that they were overpriced anyway. Handicap room was near outside door, but room entrance had a raised threshold to trip over. Had two rooms and needed to call for help to repair door lock on one and for new cards on the other. No individual temperature controls in room, but was provided a space heater when asked. Rooms were clean and nicely appointed. The pro and cons sort of averaged out. read more
