The motel was easily located along the main route in this town.
It was very clean - almost too clean as it smelled of disinfectant in the hallways.

Nice, casual, no frills motel with friendly staff and easy to find location. Room was adequate, comfortable, heater ran quietly. Nothing fancy but definitely a good place to sleep.

This hotel is poorly maintained and has serious mold and mildew problems. Anyone with upper respiratory problems, or anyone else for that matter, should avoid this hotel.

Shower head was hard to adjust.

Overall, this was a good place to stay. If I'm ever in Ottumwa Ia overnight, I'd stay here again.

Continental breakfast could have more options.

Very nice hotel for the price. An extra plus for the hotel is the sheets on the bed were very nice and soft, not scratchy at all. Hotel manager stated sheets are washed in special washer and dryer to keep from getting too scratchy. Very good night's sleep.

Comfortable beds and there was an easy chair.
Every thing was stingy-2 tiny little thin towels, breakfast cheesy, cut donuts and bagels in half.

This hotel would be an ok one star hotel for a basic traveler that just wants a clean place to sleep with no extras.

It was better than the other ones I looked at.
It was dirty.

This was the worst hotel that I have stayed in. The wife didn't work and my room was really dirty. The whirlpool was full of brown muck and the faucet needs to be fixed.
