Carpet was filthy.

It's not too bad. Relatively clean, even if a little shabby.
This one was extremely smoky and the smoke detector in the room had no batteries.
Like I said, it was a shabby motel, but was clean. The most unfortunate part of the stay was the inability to change to a non-smoking room. The most shocking part of the stay was that the room was equipped with a smoke detector that had the batteries removed. Not a good idea - even in a smoking room!

Easy to find. Just blocks from the exit..
The hotel met our expectations. We will stay there again in the future.
The location was easy to find, the directions given were clear and correct. Our room was clean and well taken care of. The owner/operator was pleasant and very helpful. Quick check-in. We would stay at this hotel again.

It was close to the interstate.
The room was not as clean as it should have been; breakfast was 15 min. Late which delayed our departure.
The location is close to, but not too close to the interstates, but it's a bit difficult to get to, being set back behind some public buildings.

Quiet - Very few people staying at the hotel.
Lack of people. Few that were there made me very uncomfortable. Very isolated parking lot.
After we arrived at the hotel, I would not have stayed if I did not have the reservation. We asked for a 2-1/2 or 3 star and I would not consider this a 2-1/2 star. We were very disappointed.
