Pet-friendly.

The manager was very nice and helped me with my TV. He fixed the problem quickly. I would definitely stay here again when I come to Waterloo.

The staff was very helpful, friendly & polite.
There was a dirty towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door. Coffee maker wasn't clean.

Overall the motel was great. We were told the pool's heater had broke the night before we arrived on Thanksgiving so the water was extremely cold for my children. However, I don't hold that against them. They did have someone out on Friday this was the Thanksgiving weekend to look at it. The front desk people were great - very helpful.

I was very please with the hotel. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was very helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would definitely stay there again.

Extras like the iron and coffee in room were great.
Nothing.

This hotel was very nice and the price was right as they gave me the receipt upon my checking out. However, a higher price was charged to my card. The hotel was great for our stay.

The hot tub,
breakfast and the wireless internet.
The ironing board did not work it kept falling, the remote control battery was low and I had to clean the hot tub out before using it

The hotel itself was clean and staff was nice upon check in.

The breakfast was big and nice.
It was small and a little expensive for the room size and they charged us 2 times!

I would only stay here again if it was a last resort, I would stay elsewhere first.
