Easy to get to, room was clean and well equipped, breakfast was adequate.
The pool area was clean and had lots of nice tables and chairs to use but the pool and hot tub had some sort of muck on the bottom and sides, which made us uncomfortable. The rooms were clean and well decorated, as were the public areas. Very quiet and easy to get to. Definitely, family friendly.

Customer service was excellent and good location.
Liked the atmosphere and location of hotel. Family friendly yet a little dated. Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly.

The 2nd room.
There was not a lot to like.
Handicap room at first, when we called about another, the young lady that answered the phone was really nasty. She told us they didn't have another room available and gave us an 800 number to call. When we called, we were informed they had a queen and king room. There were no elevators, no bellhops and the room we finally got was on the 2nd floor and we had to carry our luggage up the stairs. We are both senior citizens and we stayed in the same room the next night, because there was no way I could carry our luggage down the stairs by myself, as he was on an outing. read more
