The little breakfast / bar area near our room.

Good location, clean, convenient and good breakfast. Staff could not help us with a broken lamp.

It is a very nice place to stay, and even though there was a big bus of track kids there for a meet in Hays, they were very quite group.

This is a comfortable hotel in an easy to get to location. The continental breakfast is reasonable, and the free Wi-Fi is a great perk. The rooms/bathrooms were clean and comfortable. I stay here often when coming to Hays.
