Apparently, this hotel is not in the hospitality business.

Front desk staff were disrespectful and untrained in the necessary art of hospitality. Hotel franchise owner was indifferent to our complaints, and Microtel Inc.

The hotel room was extremely small - felt more like the cabin on a cruise ship than a hotel room. The TV in our room had issues with the color - so bad that you couldn't watch it. After getting the run-around from the staff at the hotel they finally switched us to a room that had a TV that worked. The shower barely had enough pressure to actually get clean. It took me 5 minutes just to rinse the soap out of my hair. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. read more

The bed was clean and we had a good night sleep.
The trash was not empted in the bathroom.

For the money you can not beat the hotel, it as clean and comfortable.

Lack of customer support. Booked a week for my parents then got stuck with extra charges.

Unless you want to sleep in a closet and have the attendants treat you bad, go somewhere else.

Missing smoke detectors, broken television.

Can not recommend this motel, first room
I was assigned to was missing the smoke detector and the television was all one color. Second room had the smoke detector but it was hanging from the ceiling by its electrical wires, not sure if it was functional or not. The clock radio failed to work in that room as well. The carpets appeared as though they had never been shampooed.

Unclean room and
horrible furnishings.

We waited one hour for them to finally give us a room. The room was unclean and run down. The beds were probably 20 years old. Squeaky springs, sinking mattresses. The shower was horrible.
