Room was very clean.
Assigned smoking room with no choice. Wife allergic to smoke.

The overall cleanliness of the hotel was good. We didn't like that we had to stay in a smoking room, and with all the hotels in the area full, we couldn't switch. Our clothing and luggage smelled strongly of smoke the next day.

Toilet paper wouldn't roll - big roll in back stopped it.

It was great.
They tacked a $25.00 charge on to my bill, quoted me one price when checking in and charged me a higher one.

Clean and nice, loved it, except for charging me a higher rate than posted on your site and quoted to me when I checked in, they tacked on a $25.00 charge without telling me, I questioned this and they said it was because of an evening before a holiday, which was a surprise, I expressed my displeasure at this, they said sorry but that is the way it is, I registered a complaint to the best western headquarters, if they did this to a 100 people they made an extra 2000.00 that night, and did not tell the customers they were doing that, it is immoral. Not very business like or professional. I won't be using you again, unless they refund me my money, the difference I paid. read more

Well maintained and very clean.
No elevator, must walk stairs to 2nd floor.

Clean, modern, with conveniences of a fridge and a microwave. Easy parking, near good shopping and 24 hour Wall Mark. Watch out for the 2nd floor rooms since there is no elevator. And the pool, while also well maintained is outdoor.
