100 percent Non-Smoking Hotel. Brand new Hotel open in fall of 2006. Newest hotel in Cave City in 15 years. Also the only hotel in Cave City to have a heated Indoor Pool and Fitness Room and the only Business Center as well with Free high speed internet access along with coffeemakers and microfridge in all rooms. Meeting room has space for 40 people. Hotel located next door to Cracker Barrell and just a few miles from the famous Mammoth Cave National Park. Valid credit card required upon check-in. Customer service.

Arrived to the hotel, assigned a room that was dirty when we walked into it. It took over an hour for it to be cleaned. A clean room was not offered to us.

The breakfast was fantastic; huge selection!
Room smelled like mildew, caught 2 crickets in room, killed very large wolf spider in room.

The room smelled of mildew from the moment we arrived. We had a few bug issues and when we informed the staff, they assured us they spray often (so did they not believe us?). the breakfast was really great! there were so many choices.

Quick response to requests.
Having to ask for batteries for the remote and the hair dryer had to be fixed.

The hotel was clean, the pool was fairly nice, there was wireless Internet, we had to ask for batteries for the remote and for the hair dryer to be fixed, the toilet wasn't working quite right, the breakfast area was too small to accommodate the guests, the treadmill in the workout room was out of order, the staff was nice, overall it was a good experience.

Very clean and the queen beds were comfortable.
Recommended breakfast at the Cracker Barrel.

Overall, the hotel was clean and very comfortable. We liked the queen beds.
