Clean, and staff was very friendly.
Hotel was fine. Business's around hotel needs work.

Hotel was clean, and staff was very friendly and cared about our comfort. Brought crib for my granddaughter quickly, then made sure she had blankets etc. Didn't really seem like a hotel, more like staying at someones house!

The only hotel that has offered make-up removal cloths. I loved them. No more ruining washclothes.
No free continental breakfast.

We only stayed one night, but it was very clean and relaxing. Other friends we know stayed in Cincinnati and payed much more and were not satisfied. We were very satisfied.

The staff was efficient and friendly.
It's outward appearance is not as nice as the other hotels around.

I had a very nice time at this hotel. Although their TV & remote were of poor quality, that's the only thing wrong with it, so that's pretty amazing. The staff checked me in and out so fast and were incredibly friendly. I'd recommend this place to everyone-nice hotel.

I got in late, took a shower, as i was getting in the shower I saw a baby roach crawling on the counter, I called the front desk, the lady assured me that I was mistaken and it wasn't possible. I will never stay there again.

Staff was great and friendly! Made staying very welcoming!
Room cards didn't work later, but quickly fixed as soon as possible!

Upon arriving, Staff made stay welcoming. Pointed out things 2 do, and places to eat. Gave map of shuttle to Downtown nightlife! My 2nd time staying. Only place to stay while in Cincinnati, Covington area for us! You'll have a great place to stay, that's safe and fun!

Good location, has a bar and restaurant.
Room was slightly small.

Good location, close to things to do in Covington and Newport. Sports bar close by. Breakfast buffet was rather pricey which is ok if they have the food to back it up. Staff at restaurant was attentive.
