Our Franklin hotel is within two miles of the Tennessee border and a short commute to the Nashville Airport and Oprymills as well as to Bowling Green Kentucky. Very clean. Good food. Nice room.
The night desk clerk needs attitude adjustment. Should learn to smile and take the bug out.

Great experience except for the night clerk. She shouldn't act like she's doing us a favor by giving us a room. She needs to learn the old saying. Service with a smile. Or get a new job. All the other clerks were great. The room service was fantastic and the morning breakfast was super. All in all we will be back. Thanks a million.
