Our room with a king bed with was spacious & clean. The extra pillows was a nice surprise. The staff is friendly and helpful. Especially Martha.

Lots of noise at night in the building.

Hotel was clean. Staff were nice. Breakfast food was good, just had to wait on it as they only made small batches at a time.

Studio/the way it was set up.
Was put in a smoking room and I could smell it.

My biggest complaint was the tub water backed up after the 1st shower- so 2 other people could not take showers, we just washed up.

The room was huge, like half the size of my apartment huge.
The card that you put on the bed if you're staying multiple nights was confusing.

Very nice hotel. First time staying with this chain and would do so again. The bed was great, I never heard my neighbors and I did have neighbors and the room was huge. The room had a king bed, a sofa bed, fridge, and microwave. It was close enough to the KY Horse Park without being right there.

Very nice people at desk, overall clean.
Parking was a little sparse due to horse trailers and large bus but managed.

Overall clean and comfortable, didn't notice any outside noise. Felt safe (traveled alone).
