The room price, location, pool, friendly & helpful 2nd shift person at the desk.
The hotel is old, and the rooms needed gone over. Minor repairs, and cleaning.
We have stayed at this hotel in the past. It is right for the money we paid. We would stay there again.

Close by expressway.
Rooms need to
updated desperately!
Convenient to location, however front desk staff was unable to provide any information regarding attractions, etc. It would be most helpful to have someone who was experienced with the area or to at least learn of the attractions so they may pass it to inquiring customers. Rooms need to be updated. The ceiling tile in my room was very old and falling in.

Had good cable channels.
Old and Worn out towels, little pillows, hard bed, the bath tub would not drain correctly and the room smelled very bad, like smoke.
I'm sorry, but the hotel was a big disappointment. it was beyond that. Yes, the room was a smoking room, but they need to use some kind of air freshener or something
I smoke and have pets, but not one of the rooms in my own home, smell like that room did.

The swimming pool, the continental breakfast. Very good - the kindness of the staff.
The bathroom was not clean. Ceiling needed repair- door needed repair also the rack to hang clothes on had come loose from the wall.
Over all it was good, especially the price and the staff.

The staff and indoor pool were nice.
Room we had was in badly lit shabby looking part of hotel.
I'm not sure if the room I received was because it was cheaper or because I requested a smoking room, but it left much to be desired. It was at the back of the hotel and was not lit very well. Also, most of the rooms on this end were either being remodeled or demolished. There was broken furniture in the rooms. The room I had connected to another one and at 4:20 in the morning we were awakened to someone rattling the connecting door handle. Turned out to be another unhappy guest. There was a smell of gasoline also, which later we figured out just exhaust from cars downstairs. Could not take a shower because there wasn't enough water coming into the tub. Coffee was in the room, but no coffee maker and the one they brought us was broken. Had to set it against the wall to get it to stay closed. Overall, not a good experience and I would not stay there again. read more
