The Hotel was the cleanest and had the nices staff that I have seen in a long time.

This Hotel has it all. Very clean with a friendly staff. The pool was nice. Restaurant was nice and the food was great. I had a very pleasant stay.

Room I was placed in.

That being said my experience was very disappointing. I was placed in a first floor room that that opened up into a conference room. Not a big deal usually but they happened to be having a party in that room on the night of my stay. As the night wore on the party got louder and was very disturbing. Once that was over, every time someone used the shower or toilet above my room water dripped down the pipes and somewhere in to the ceiling. It was very noisy all night long. read more

Poor desk manager, requested quiet room connected by window and door to giant empty brightly lit ballroom filled with workers in very early am.

90% empty hotel completely ignored by specific request for a quiet room and put me in a sterile room connected to a brightly lit empty banquet room with a full size window and door - my room was illuminated like Times Square asked desk manager for a change said it was not possible, utterly unnecessary one of worst hotel experiences in US in many years. I stay in hotels at least 150 nights per year, not worth the price. read more
