I just glad for my bid price.
Was very dirty, room, elevator, halls, grounds. Was infested with bugs.

Would not stay in this motel again. Very nasty place.

No sign for front office. Office closed at 11PM. Broken TV. AC did not work.

Never had a good experience at Extended Stay America. I love Priceline, but occasionally make the mistake of bidding a little too low and getting stuck at an ESA. 1.) You can't FIND the office to check in. Have these people heard of sign age? 2.) They close the office at 11 P.M? Just what the road weary traveler wants - find the phone box to wake someone up. This time was helped by the laundry person. (She was very nice and helped the best she could.) 3.) Found out, very quickly, what the note housekeeping meant for the room I had. This note puzzled the laundry staff also. Turns out the TV did not work and the A/C worked intermittently all night. Too tired at that point to try to track someone down to change rooms. It's not just this property. Past stays at ESA properties have included dirty rooms, unidentifiable smells, charges for Internet (do they think they are Hyatt?). read more

Smelled badly in the entryway.

The outdoor hallway smelled badly. Maid carts blocking hallway. Dirty clothing in the room from previous guest. I will never stay here again or reccomend this hotel.
